Refunds

If you’ve bought something from me I really hope you’re happy with it. However, if for any reason you aren’t, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, undamaged, for a refund (minus any shipping costs). Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely and is your responsibility until it arrives.

Packaging

All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the item being damaged in delivery.

Posting within the UK

Items sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail first class letter post.

Shipping overseas

Shipping charges apply to all products and will be added at check out based on delivery address. Apologies, as we do not currently ship to all countries. If your country is not in our list of countries we ship to, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

Customs tax

If your shipment is liable for customs tax you are responsible for this and will have to pay this on receipt of your item. You can read about customs tax in the EU here, and here is information about customs tax in the US. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more.

Intellectual property

All content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, is the property of Sarah-Jane Crowson, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website, including any such content uploaded by users. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated about a particular image, or unless a valid licence such as a creative commons licence is present you must not use any image, logo or original artwork without the owner’s prior written permission.
